Green Beans with Garlic

Servings: 4-6

 

 

Ingredients:

-1 tbsp olive oil

-1 pound fresh green beans

-2 tbsp minced garlic

-water

-1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

-fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Heat oil in wok, add green beans and cook for 4-6 minutes.  Stir in garlic and cook another minute.  Add a little water and cook to desired tenderness or until water is evaporated.  Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and parsley.
