Cranberry Sauce

 Cranberry Sauce Recipe Difficulty: Easy

  Time: 20 minutes plus chill time

  Servings: 8 – ¼ cup servings




1 bag of fresh cranberries (12 oz)

1 cup Stevia or Trivia

¼ teaspoon salt

Orange zest (optional)


Put cranberries in a pot on the stove, and pick through to remove soft and/or brown ones.

Add rest of the ingredients, stir, bring to a boil on medium-high heat.

Stir frequently. The cranberries will pop, which release their “gel”. Cook until the sauce is the consistency you want, about 5 to 10 minutes.

Put in a dish, cover and chill. Ready to eat!
