Chimichurri Sauce

Time: 30 minutes

Serving: 1 cup

 Chimichurri is a BIG flavor that tastes great with all meats. Great to keep in the fridge for a week.


2 bunches flat leaf parsley

8 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of one large lemon

¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1-1.5 tsp red chili’s

½ tsp Montreal steak seasoning

2 Tbsp dried oregano

1 tsp ground black pepper

½ tsp sea salt


  1. Pulse parsley in a processor to chop
  2. Add garlic and blend
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bled to coarse paste

Serve on the side to add to meat or you can use as a marinade by adding more olive oil.
