Caramelized Pearl Onions

Caramelized pearl onions are a sweet, easy accompaniment to any meal.



1 Tbsp coconut oil – solid

1 Tbsp Stevia in the Raw

1 (16 oz) package frozen pearl onions, thawed

1 2/3 cups coarsely chopped red bell pepper

1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp fresh ground pepper


Melt coconut oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add Stevia and onions. Sauté 8 minutes or until golden brown; stir frequently. Stir in bell pepper and remaining ingredients; sauté 2 minutes.
