Bean-less Chili

-3.5 ounces of lean ground beef

-1 cup chopped tomatoes

-1/2 cup water

-2 tbsp minced onion

-2 cloves garlic, minced

-1/4 tsp garlic powder

-1/2 tsp chili powder

-1/4 tsp oregano

-1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

-Sea Salt & Pepper to taste


Brown ground beef in small frying pan, add onions and garlic.  Stir in tomatoes and water.  Add spices and simmer until liquid is reduced.  Cook, simmer until flavor is reached, adding water as needed to keep moist.  The longer cooked the better.
