Regina’s story is unique but her personal issues are common to many…it is one of a single mom who struggles with both balancing life and balancing their meals. It is not unlike many of us with busy schedules, young active kids, on the go, and reduced activity on our own. This all leads to developing some bad eating habits and potentially passing them along to our kids. How can you be thinking of dieting (which we all know doesn’t work) and at getting healthy at times like these. And let’s not forget the looming threat of heart disease and diabetes when our bodies are unhealthy overweight.
She tells about her history from being very active to just moving along in life and how the additional weight just kind of creeps up on you. Her attitude is amazing and her laughter contagious. She WILL BE SUCCESSFUL at getting to her Optimal Health and losing the weight she put on starting in college. She is on her own Optimal Journey yet I bet almost everyone can relate to her story in some personal way. What a great attitude and drive she has – even including her adoption of two children! Listen to her story and tell us you won’t be inspired, motivated, and can completely relate.
And of course we want to CONGRATULATE Regina on her recent marriage, she was one beautiful bride! Thank you Regina for opening your heart and telling your story – we are all feeling better from just your energy and enthusiasm. We know you will be successful on your Optimal Journey (for life) and you can rest assured by “optimizing your food” your kids will be much healthier as well. Thank you again for sharing your story with us…it’s inspiring!
