Time: Prep 10 minutes, cook 30 minutes, total 40.
Servings: 3 (double recipe to serve 6)
9 Chicken Tenders (3 per person)
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 lemon cut in half, slice one have squeeze juice out of other half
¼ yellow onion chopped
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 9×9 glass baking dish, spray with olive oil.
Squeeze the juice of the ½ lemon in the dish. Place the on top of the lemon, add the garlic, sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle the onions and place the lemon slices on top of the chicken.
Bake in the oven 30 minutes or until done.
