Time: Hands on 20 minutes – plus marinade time 30 minutes to 6 hours

Servings: 4

 

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp olive oil

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, pressed

¼ cup fresh rosemary, chopped

½ tsp sea salt

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions:

Place first 5 ingredients in a zip top plastic bag. Squish to mix. Add chicken. Marinade in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.

Heat grill and cook chicken 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked in the center.

Serve with steamed vegetables, oven roasted vegetables and/or salad for complete meal.

Note: You can also grill inside in a grill pan or broil in the oven.
