Mongolian Beef with Cabbage

-1/4 pound strip steak

-3 scallions roughly chopped

-3 cups of cabbage, cut into fine  strips

-1/2 cup water

-1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar

-2 Tbsp of Bragg’s liquid Aminos OR wheat-free tamari sauce

-2 cloves of garlic

-1/4 tsp chili powder

-Freshly ground sea salt & pepper to taste

-Truvia OR Stevia to taste


combine spices into liquid ingredients.  In a frying pan or wok, stir fry on high heat to combine flavors and cook beef and cabbage.  Add additional water if necessary.  Cook until beef is cooked and cabbage is tender.
