Chicken Tacos

-3.5 oz chicken breast roughly chopped into strips

-¼ cup olive oil

-1 Tbsp of onion chopped

-1 clove of crushed garlic

-1/8 tsp of oregano

-Pinch of Cumin

-Cayenne Pepper to taste

-Chopped Cilantro

-Lettuce Leaves

-1 lime wedge


In a frying pan cook the chicken in the olive oil, add garlic, and spices.

Deglaze pan with lemon juice.  Serve taco style using lettuce leaves and

top with chopped onion, cilantro, salsa roja, and a squeeze of lime.
