Breakfast Patties

8 oz of Ground organic beef

1 clove of garlic pressed

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp sea salt

½ tsp Italian Season

Red Pepper flakes to your taste (I used just a pinch)

¼ cup chopped fresh spinach



Mix well all ingredients in a bowl. Divide mixture in 4 parts, shape each into a ball then flatten into a patty.

Spray a pan with olive oil over medium high heat, cook 5 minutes on one side, the flip and continue to cook until done.

Serve with some scrambled eggs, and some fresh fruit and you have hearty breakfast.
