-1 Tbsp chili powder
-1/2 tsp ground oregano
-1/2 tsp paprika
-1/8 tsp Sea Salt
-Freshly ground pepper, to taste
-12 oz. beef sirloin, select grade, cut into strips ½ inch wide and 2 inches long
-2 bell peppers cut into strips (can use red, green, yellow and/or orange)
-1/2 cup salsa roja
In a small bowl, stir together the chili powder, oregano, paprika, salt and papper. Dredge the sirloin pieces in the seasonings, coating completely. In an nonstick frying pan, cook the sirloin strips over medium heat until slightly pink, about 8 minutes. Add the bell pepper strips and saute until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
To serve, spread an equal amount of the meat and vegetable mixture on a plate. Top it off with 2 Tbsp or more of the salsa roja.
