Time: 5 minutes
1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
4 cups frozen cherries (do not thaw)
2 Tbsp Stevia
1 tsp vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until mostly smooth with some larger chunks of cherries, about 30 seconds. Serve immediately or store in the freezer until ready to serve. If you store in the freezer it will need to sit out a bit to soften.
This has become a family favorite. Be adventurous and try other frozen fruits.
