Time: 4 hours
-1 shot of espresso
-2 cups almond milk
-1/4 cup chia seeds-soaked in ½ cup almond milk
-4 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
-Xylitol/Stevia/Truvia (your choice sweetner)
-1/4-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Put chia seeds in cold almond milk for at least 2 hours.
Take almond milk and cacao powder in saucepan mix well and bring to boil.
Add 3 tbsp of agar agar.
Pour mixture into blender along with chia seeds, add sweetener and vanilla. Blend until smooth consistency
Pour into serving dishes and chill for 2 hours. Can top with a berry or mint for garnish.
