-2 apples (granny smith, fuji, gala, or honey crisp)
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 tsp stevia
-1/2 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Slice apples as thinly as possible. Arrange slices in a single layer on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment paper. In a small mixing bowl mix cinnamon, stevia and vanilla and stir until well blended. Dip each apple slice in mix and place no cooking sheet. Bake 1 1/2 hours; flip slices and continue baking 1 1/2 hours longer or until completely dry and crisp. Let cool and enjoy!
