Deviled Eggs with Paprika

Deviled Eggs with PaprikaDifficulty: Easy

Servings: 2 eggs




– Two Eggs

– Approximately 1 tsp Greek Yogurt or Veganaise – to taste*

– 1/2 tsp Mustard – to taste

– sprinkling of Paprika

– 1 Ziploc bag


Hard boil the eggs and cool. Cut eggs in half.  Put the yolks in the Ziploc bag along with the Greek yogurt or Veganaise and mustard. Seal the bag making sure to let the air out.  Squeeze the bag to mix the ingredients together.  Cut tip off the bag and pipe the mixture into the egg halves.  Sprinkle with paprika.

* Greek yogurt will give you more of a sour cream flavor while the Veganaise will mimic mayo.  Add more or less depending on how creamy you like your deviled eggs. Try it both ways to see what you like!

If you are making this for appetizers use a dozen eggs and increase the Greek yogurt or Veganaise to 1/4 cup and the mustard to 1 Tbsp.
